Janitech Australasia is an Australian based business and has been established for over 18 years. The business was established to provide locally based professional sales support for overseas companies currently doing business in the Australasian region or wishing to establish distribution. Over this time we have provided long term contracted services for US and European based companies.
In 2008 we extended our services to provide a Professional Sales Management outsourcing solution for Australian based manufacturers and wholesalers. We manage and develop sales teams to deliver sales and profits for SME's that could not otherwise afford full-time Professional Sales Management. No matter what product or service our customers provide, we can increase sales by creating opportunity & managing your sales force effectively.
One of our recent successes was the writing of specifications and successful negotiation on behalf of clients with the Facility Management branch of the Qld Department of Education and Training and the Arts for a school services contract for 1400 schools. It is industry changing in that the specifications were built around capabilities including equipment suitability, environmental, safety and Indoor air quality requirements, rather than lowest price, and it has attracted Industry attention worldwide. It is an example of how an opportunity can be created and what we can motivate a diverse team to do.
